Your Role
As a software engineer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of software services and web architectures that involve engaging creatives, cross-device placements, targeting, optimization, relevance, and advertiser interactions.

You will develop entirely new distributed software applications utilizing cloud technologies and proprietary Amazon systems to deliver distinctive customer and advertiser experiences.

Collaboration is key; you will regularly engage with various teams across Amazon, including discovery, retail categories, traffic generation, vendor management, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in system design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Preferred Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
