About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our DMS software and its various modules.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to new and existing customers on the effective use of our software.
  • Assist customers with virtual training, online, and on the phone, as well as providing on-site training when required.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites throughout North America to provide training and support.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner.
  • Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise, escalating them to the corresponding teams as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our software and industry.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in the sales area of a dealership or a similar environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
