Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 5-10 production staff, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare and review production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and product quality.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments in a dynamic environment.
