Position Overview:

Accoravillage is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Marketing Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online visibility and fostering community engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized for daily activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and managing inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain a smooth operational flow within the office, handling correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Administrative Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Disseminate information about our services through various communication channels.
  • Assist in organizing events and maintaining a calendar of activities.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop engaging content for our social media platforms in alignment with our marketing strategy.
  • Monitor social media interactions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Analyze social media metrics to enhance engagement and outreach.

E-Commerce and Marketing Strategy:

  • Oversee the management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly experience for customers.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales through our online channels.
  • Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
