About the Role

SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Niagara Region. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
  • Work collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • Provide expert care and support to clients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation settings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with excellent communication skills
