Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Desserts. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dessert shop during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for your shift, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave satisfied.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
