About the Role

A dynamic Revit architectural firm with multiple offices is seeking an intermediate to senior contract administrator to join their team of CAs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical standards are met through contract documentation and weekly site visits. The firm offers a one-time relocation fee for the right candidate based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in contract administration, with a strong background in architectural technology and Revit skills.
  • Driver's license and ability to travel to sites once per week, with occasional overnight stays (costs covered by the employer).
  • Experience leading and monitoring medium to large projects ($20-$120 million) from construction to close-out, with a PDF sheet of projects from the past 5 years.
  • Solid understanding of OBC and building science fundamentals, with the ability to provide design feedback and anticipate design issues.
  • Familiarity with CCDC contract documentation, including CCDC-5B, and different project types.
  • Ensure high-quality drawings and documentation to reduce rework, errors, and omissions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with headstrong personalities and solve evolving design needs.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and PM software such as Wrike, with experience in cloud-based CCA software like Rform.
