Job Summary:
The Strategic Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is a senior professional who plays a key role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic relationship management with mid-corporate clients in Canada. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial banking and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and deepen relationships with mid-corporate clients in Canada
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand business with existing clients
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial banking products and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
- Manage and administer client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to ensure the bank remains competitive and relevant to clients
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of market trends and developments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Masters degree or CFA
- Proven track record of success in commercial banking or a related field
