Job Title: Field Technician

Job Type: 3-month Contract (possibility of extension)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment within an assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory
• Perform work on products such as ATMs, POS systems, kiosks, and workstations
• Assist in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment
• Guard all assets used in the delivery of customer services
• Maintain stellar records and an appropriate parts inventory
• Capture customer information for invoicing and stay in contact to ensure the best possible service
• Resolve problems before they start by performing periodic preventative maintenance
• Pull in the proper associate, team member, or territory manager who can help
• Record-keeping log of all customer calls and activity, plus track all expenses incurred in the delivery of services

Requirements:

• Technical diploma
• Minimum of 1-year of electromechanical experience
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts
• Team Player
• Ability to carry and lift tools and parts weighing up to 50 lbs

We offer a competitive pay rate of $25.00/hr + $0.40/km and a dynamic work environment.
