Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Personnel Security
Job Summary:
Advantage SCI is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our personnel security program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, personnel security, and Federal Government contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel working under the contract.
- Quality and Efficiency: Ensure the quality and efficiency of all work performed and products delivered.
- Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractor personnel and manage overall performance of all services performed.
- Business Process Development: Assist with developing business processes, conducting special studies, and providing technical advice.
- Performance Management: Apply knowledge of process improvement, performance management, and change management to improve program operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide customized reports and trend analysis for data requested by the program office.
- Compliance and Security: Monitor contractor compliance to all identified program policies and ensure the safeguarding of client assets, personnel, and sensitive information.
- Trusted Workforce 2.0: Ensure the contractor team is working with the Federal staff to implement Trusted Workforce 2.0 and comply with Continuous Vetting and Continuous Evaluation.
- Personnel Security Policy: Assist in developing personnel security policy, regulations, directives, and guidelines based on current or new Federal security policies.
- Background Investigations: Manage and supervise the work of the contractor team tasked with processing preliminary vetting requests and background investigations.
- Continuous Vetting Checks: Review Continuous Vetting Checks and provide recommendations for the adjudication process.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in program management while servicing a Federal Government agency under contract in a security administration work environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of all facets of personnel security as identified in this Statement of Work.
- Skills: Ability to work with individuals at all organizational and management levels, meet deadlines, and manage large volumes of data entry tasks and background investigative material.
- Communication: Ability to communicate in an effective and coherent management manner.
