Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

MK Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in an office building, cleaning service company, commercial facility, hotel, motel, or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Own Tools/Equipment:
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Gloves.

We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
