Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chevron. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained to meet customer needs.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is adequately staffed during peak periods.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Standing for extended periods.
