Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods across various routes, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
  • Logistics: Load and unload goods, manage cargo information, and record hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Safety: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, including tarping and handling dangerous goods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring attention to detail, handling heavy loads, and sitting for extended periods.
