Pipeline Technician Job Description

LCL Excavation (2006) Inc is seeking a skilled Pipeline Technician to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of water mains, irrigation and drainage systems, and other pipeline infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and prepare sites for pipeline installation
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to ensure a safe working environment
  • Operate heavy equipment such as concrete saws, trampers, and hand tools to perform pipeline installation and maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain high-quality workmanship
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in pipeline installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced construction environment
