Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and compassionate Senior Pastor to lead our church community in spiritual growth and development. As a key leader, you will be responsible for facilitating and encouraging discipleship, developing and implementing small group ministries, Bible studies, and other educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for church growth and development
  • Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation
  • Lead and oversee ministry staff, boards, and volunteers
  • Conduct community outreach and evangelism
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Discern the mind of the Spirit for God's people and communicate a specific vision

Requirements

  • Current PAOC ordained credential holder
  • Bachelor's degree in theology, religious studies, or related field
  • Ministry experience, preferably including functioning as a lead pastor
  • Experience in building projects and strategic planning
