Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Preparation Painter to join our Paint Shop team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing buses for painting, operating painting tools, and adhering to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate palm sanders and polishers to prepare buses for painting.
  • Complete tasks to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate information flow to support our first-time quality initiatives.
  • Adhere to safety procedures as they apply to all equipment used in this position.
Requirements
  • Possess a basic understanding of the paint process, painting, priming, and masking procedures/practices.
  • Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to perform required duties with minimal supervision.
  • Operate equipment and power/hand tools required in this position.
