Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at 1001461 BC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed
- Determine staffing requirements and plan budgets to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products for our customers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in an urban area and adapt to changing circumstances
