SHAAN COLLECTIONS LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, manage stock levels, and ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
