Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at KTL Transport Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track inventory and shipments.
  • Organize warehouse and work areas to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Keep track of shipments and inventory levels to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Or equivalent experience.
