We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our team as a part-time instructor and student clinic supervisor for our Registered Massage Therapy program.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality instructional content through in-person lectures and online learning management systems.
  • Conduct courses in accordance with provided course outlines, class schedules, and instructional materials.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on students' quizzes, exams, and assignments.
  • Communicate with the program director on student participation and course delivery issues.
  • Oversee the practice of RMT student clinic, providing students with mentorship and feedback.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Registered Massage Therapist/Chiropractor/Physiotherapist/other related professions with a minimum of two years of experience in the field and post-secondary credentials related to teaching assignments.
  • Undergraduate degree and post-secondary teaching experience in adult learning is preferable but not required.
  • Strong dedication to working collaboratively with other faculty members and the administration team.
  • Proficient communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Effective interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with computer technology and relevant programs related to the field of expertise.
Working Conditions:
  • Part-time position.
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible language requirement: French not required.
  • Pay: From $45.00 per hour.
