Position Overview

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic office setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. This role will report directly to the VP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and general ledgers
  • Assist in managing cash entries
  • Provide additional accounting support as needed
  • Handle accounts payable transactions
  • Process accounts receivable entries
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, data entry, and filing

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in general ledger reconciliation is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the full accounting cycle is beneficial
  • Background in accounts receivable and payable roles is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required
  • Completion of an Accounting diploma or equivalent experience is necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with computer literacy, are essential

Work Schedule

This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
