The Methods Agent will play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and supporting the fabrication and assembly methods to optimize resource usage.

• Define and produce work instructions for the fabrication and assembly of cabinets.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Quality functions.
• Investigate root causes and analyze potential solutions, considering cost, impact, and risk of production changes.
• Analyze the feasibility of customer requests and program change requests.
• Plan and implement changes in production, coordinating the first unit in production.

• Technical college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, BAAN, and CATIA V5.
• Experience in cabinet making, finishing, or composites is an asset.
• Knowledge of aircraft structures, systems, and interiors is an asset.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Capacity to read technical drawings and good visualization skills in 3D.
