Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing plans to promote our company's products and services.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for our company, including logos, color schemes, and tone of voice.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and press releases, to engage with our target audience.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches, to promote our company's products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the success of our marketing efforts, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning. Proficient in marketing software, including social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
