We are seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team at 883993 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal fabrication and welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution
    • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Quality Control
    • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
    • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.
  • Material Evaluation
    • Determine weldability of materials and ensure compatibility with welding processes.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
    • Handle heavy loads and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.
  • Language and Work Schedule
    • Fluency in English language.
    • 40 hours per week, permanent employment.
