About the Role

Adecco is currently recruiting for a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a 9-month Hybrid contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate must be eligible for a Reliability Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture Design: Develop end-to-end solution architecture in data and analytics platforms, including data ingestion/acquisition, storage solutions, ETL processes, data and analytics pipelines, ML processes, data delivery, BI and reporting in the AWS ecosystem.
  • Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate data technologies, components, and services that meet business and technical needs.
  • Integration: Define architecture patterns to cover e-2-e data pipeline and integrating with various components in the organization. Other activities and deliverables, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar role focusing on data solutioning in AWS.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in architecting, designing, and supporting Data & Analytics (D&A) related platforms in the enterprise level, such as: Data Capturing, Data Organizing (e.g., data storing and retention – databases, data lake, RDBMS), Data Preparation and ML pipelines, Data Delivery and integration (e.g., Power BI, API and streaming), Data Analytics, model management, and AI using AWS, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, and Lake Formation.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Experience of architecting the data solutions considering multiple aspects of architecture such as networking, infrastructure, and security and working with related teams (e.g., architecture, data scientist, QA, DevOps, business, security) to consider their needs/recommendation/guideline on solutioning and preparing related documentation to present to stakeholders (e.g., architecture board) and get their approval.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Cloud Platforms: Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and related data services.
  • Agile Development: Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Development Process: Working experience with development process, tools/technology, and solutions: DevOps, CI/CD and automated delivery systems, GitHub, agile practices, [and tools (e.g., Jira)
