Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at 2475581 Alberta LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality liquor products to meet customer demand and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive store reputation.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store coverage.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promote products, and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage stock levels, track inventory movements, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store culture.
