Cleaning and Process Validation Specialist

At Pharmascience, we are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Process Validation Specialist to join our team in Candiac. As a leader in the generic pharmaceutical industry, we are committed to excellence and innovation in the production and marketing of generic prescription, over-the-counter, and pharmacist-dispensed drugs.
This role is directly linked to our current expansion project at our Candiac site, where you will be responsible for validating manufacturing and cleaning processes for sterile products. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality standards are met, and our products meet the regulatory requirements of Health Canada and the FDA.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and reviewing documents related to product validation, including specifications and manufacturing sheets
- Determining critical parameters of manufacturing processes and cleaning methods, and drafting protocols and sampling plans
- Measuring surfaces of production equipment, determining sampling sites, and preparing sampling plans for cleaning validation
- Sending samples for analysis and coordinating with laboratories
- Receiving and managing certificates of analysis
- Analyzing results and writing validation reports
- Discussing results with relevant personnel
- Managing all documentation related to validation activities, including change control and CAPA
- Participating in problem-solving and meetings
