As a Chef de Partie at Browns Social House School House, you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- Demonstrate innovative cooking techniques and the use of new kitchen equipment to fellow culinary staff.
- Guide cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
- Regularly prepare and cook meals, including special requests for guests or events.
- Oversee the preparation of specialty foods and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage the requisition of food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels.
- Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking methods, and safe food handling practices.
