We are in search of an Assistant Store Manager who will collaborate closely with the Store Manager as part of our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and a strong brand image.
- Propel the store towards achieving sales targets while guiding the team to meet their individual sales objectives.
- Assist in enhancing the store's business potential and driving sales across various departments in alignment with company strategies.
- Partner with the Store Manager to mentor and coach retail staff, fostering their professional development and enhancing overall store sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure accurate data management in client records and develop actionable plans with the sales team.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting and maintaining a talent pool of potential store associates.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff and new hires, ensuring effective onboarding and follow-up.
- Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta's standards and operational procedures.
- Provide outstanding service to all customers by upholding brand values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Execute operational tasks, including store opening and closing procedures, cash register management, and back-office operations.
- Foster a respectful and equitable environment for all associates.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong team player with organizational awareness and adaptability.
- Proven ability to adapt, with a solid understanding of products and brand philosophy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
