Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at IBI Group. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design deliverables.
  • Coordinate and oversee the design phase of underground station projects from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design consultants to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations.
  • Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners to resolve design issues, address feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical coordination or technical project management within the Architecture and/or Engineering sectors.
  • Knowledge of P3 (Public-Private Partnership) projects and transit-related projects is required.
  • Design experience in underground transit projects is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in technical project management tools such as Primavera, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam, and platforms like FTP, Project Wise, SharePoint, and ISO.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Revit, Microstation, and AutoCAD is beneficial.
