We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Advance Towing. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and recovering vehicles, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate a tow truck and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Provide physical accessibility accommodations for customers with disabilities
  • Participate in a government or community program that supports persons with disabilities
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
