Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Crest Cannabis Castle is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available to meet customer demand
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
