Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that align with our school's Montessori philosophy and promote the overall well-being of our children.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor early childhood educators and assistants to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and education.
  • Activity Planning: Plan and lead activities that stimulate children's curiosity, creativity, and love for learning, including storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of children's progress, including observations, reports, and communication with parents and guardians.
  • Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, community service providers, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for our children.
