Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Child Care Provider to join our private household team. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household care and supervision in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the family
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their personal care needs are met
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Organize activities, such as games and outings, to promote cognitive and social development in children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and reassurance when needed
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Red Cross Babysitting course
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
Working Conditions:
