About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hairstylist to join our team at K-Beauty Salon. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair according to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and Trim Hair: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Shampoo and Treat Hair: Shampoo customers' hair and apply treatments as needed to maintain healthy and beautiful hair.
  • Color and Style Hair: Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair, and suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
  • Hairstyling Techniques: Perform various hairstyling techniques, including blow drying, iron waving/curling, permanents, extensions, and roller setting.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including receptionist duties and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Hairstylist Licence: Possess a valid hairstylist licence and be up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent communication skills, be client-focused, flexible, and reliable.
