Position Overview

As a Truck Driver at Level Load Freight, you will play a crucial role in the transportation of goods and materials. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of cargo while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate and navigate straight or articulated trucks.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage equipment.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Perform emergency roadside repairs as needed.
  • Inspection Duties: Carry out pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep the vehicle in optimal condition.
  • Communication: Relay important information to central dispatch and maintain accurate records of cargo, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
