Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Le Café du Bistrot. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen storage areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Cook Trade Certification.
- Health care plan.
- Free parking available.
