Beauty Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Chatters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting beauty products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and support store operations.
About You:
We are looking for a positive, outgoing, and driven individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and providing exceptional customer service. You should have experience in sales, customer service, or retail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
