Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for EightSix Network, committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, showcasing your expertise in mixology and attention to detail.
• Create unique and innovative drink recipes that meet customer preferences, pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and building a loyal customer base.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Support the service team and floor manager while on shift, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and staff.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Create a pleasant, welcoming, and respectful environment for all guests, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Be extremely knowledgeable about every menu item and able to convey a meaningful description for all guest inquiries, showcasing your expertise and passion for mixology.
• Be comfortable and confident making food and drink recommendations to guests, building trust and rapport.
• Accurately record and relay all food and beverage orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with chefs and bartenders, providing clarification when needed, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
• Properly manage the flow of each meal for an optimum guest experience, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
