Job Title: Vice President of Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our executive management team at Unleashd Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial operations, business modeling and analytics, risk management, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators, financial metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing robust controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, actively participating in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external finance-related vendors, providing financial insights to support decision-making and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field along with your CPA designation.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role within a SaaS business, with at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • A demonstrated track record in project or timeline-based delivery management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a finance team.
  • Ability to speak and write in both English and French is an asset.
