About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our multidisciplinary team of professionals in delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. As a Senior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and instruction to other staff, ensuring high-quality design and delivery of projects.
  • Conduct field investigations, condition assessments, and asset management audits to inform project decisions.
  • Develop and manage project proposals, including contract document preparation and administration.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects, leveraging your expertise in low embodied carbon design and project management.
  • Contribute to Dillon's corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees, and periodic presentations at industry conferences.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and technical capabilities, with a passion for sustainable infrastructure and innovative design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
