Role Overview: As a Senior Performance Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust data systems that drive our customer-facing products and internal tools. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data repositories, pipelines, and transformations to support business analytics and operations.
  • Enhance the company’s data architecture and reporting capabilities to facilitate the development of new products and services.
  • Work within an event-driven architecture to manage data ingestion, organization, and reporting for analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Lead Data Engineer, to define and implement scalable solutions that improve healthcare outcomes for the elderly.
  • Engage with product management and business operations to analyze data and identify trends in care quality.

Technical Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, particularly in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data storage and pipeline solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark, along with SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouse modeling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to optimize SQL queries and PySpark jobs for performance.
