About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at I N D U C A N A D A I N C. in a key role that will drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
    • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage Marketing Projects
    • Oversee the preparation of public written material, including reports, research papers, and educational texts.
    • Develop and implement business plans, including feasibility studies and market research.
  • Lead a Team
    • Supervise professional and support staff, including office and volunteer staff.
    • Train staff and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Act as spokesperson for the organization and respond to inquiries from members of the business community.
    • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date
    • Stay current with industry trends and developments, including new technologies and marketing strategies.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or business development role.
  • Skills
    • Strong marketing and business development skills, including market research, analysis, and strategy development.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
