Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, maintaining a clean and organized site, and delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring start-to-finish completion at a high standard of quality and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized site and project.
- Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including dropping off flyers and marketing door-to-door in neighborhoods around work sites.
Requirements:
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary), with the ability to be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects.
- Must have own car or reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Strong communication skills.
- Coachable.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $15-$20/hr depending on experience and responsibility.
