Senior Application Support Specialist

Alteo Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to enhance our operational capabilities. In this position, you will be tasked with assisting operational teams in resolving incidents while overseeing the Support team to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently and effectively resolve incidents.
  • Provide support to N2/N3 operations teams in managing production-related incidents.
  • Analyze incidents and propose necessary actions for resolution.
  • Ensure thorough development and documentation for incident resolution.
  • Uphold compliance with commitments and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist the operations team with production roll-outs and validation processes.
  • Supervise on-site consultants to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required outside of standard working hours.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with the electronic payment sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in C, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, Unix servers, and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of network certification and J2EE HTML frameworks.
  • Strong customer focus and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate initiative when necessary.
