ConeTec Investigations is seeking a skilled Geological Engineer to join our team. As a Geological Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting geohydrological, geological, and geophysical programs to acquire, analyze, and map data. You will also plan programs to assist in the development of civil engineering projects and prepare recommendations and reports for construction or improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct geohydrological programs for data acquisition, analysis, and mapping
- Conduct geological programs for data acquisition, analysis, and mapping
- Conduct geophysical programs for data acquisition, analysis, and mapping
- Conduct geotechnical programs for data acquisition, analysis, and mapping
- Plan programs for data acquisition, analysis, and mapping to assist in the development of civil engineering projects
- Prepare recommendations and reports for the construction or improvement of civil engineering projects
- Conduct studies of groundwater flow and contamination
- Analyze reports and prepare recommendations on settlement of buildings, stability of slopes, and effects of earthquakes to support construction and civil engineering projects
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
