We are seeking a skilled Factory Laborer to join our team at NTI Boilers Inc. in a manufacturing and industrial plant environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform manual labor tasks in a fast-paced environment, including handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, following established procedures and protocols.
- Participate in quality control checks and report any defects or issues to management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.
- Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to work in a hot, dusty, and noisy environment.
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as required.
