Bus Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team at Student Transportation of Canada Inc. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, while ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety and security of students on board, including during emergency evacuation procedures.
- Complete logbooks and reports as required, including any incidents or issues that may arise during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with students, dispatchers, and other drivers using two-way radio systems.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Valid driver's license.
- Criminal record check.
- Medical exam.
- Driver's abstract.
- Flexibility, judgement, reliability, and a team player attitude.
This is a permanent position with a variable schedule, requiring 15 to 25 hours of work per week. The work language is English or French.
