Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for rebuilding and restoring damaged personal property in the aftermath of disasters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and restore wooden structures, including framing, drywalling, and painting
  • Install and repair doors, trim, and moldings
  • Install insulation and vapour barriers
  • Perform other carpentry tasks as required

Requirements

  • Experience working in construction environments
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for quality work
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal record check
  • Ability to communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled trades ticket (Carpenter, Painter, Cabinetmaker)
  • IICRC certification (restoration focus)
  • WHMIS and First Aid certification
