Job Summary

CareerBeacon is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Network and Systems Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize global server infrastructure, including virtual and physical servers.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing action plans.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for performance tuning, capacity planning, and the rollout of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure server infrastructure meets organizational needs.
  • Train and mentor junior systems analysts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Experience with server automation and scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python.
